Richard consults to Dingley Attorneys and has more than twenty-seven years experience as an international specialist, with extensive experience in international business, project and product development and commercialization and finance.
Richard assists Dingley clients with international acquisitions, joint ventures, turnkey contracts, international structures and transactions, shareholders’ agreements, financing, negotiation and international civil litigation.
Career
In addition to having taught law, international business and business finance at several colleges, Richard practiced law in England at one of London’s oldest and prestigious law firms, Farrer & Co.
Thereafter he became an international consultant in the Far East and Pacific Rim, based in Hong Kong, where he specialized in international marketing, technology transfer, joint ventures and business development in the region.
He moved to the United States from where he is involved with Dingley Attorneys on a number of multijurisdictional matters. He is also a Director of international business advisory firms in Hong Kong and the United States that specialize in global business and finance, and is affiliate faculty in international business at Colorado Christian University.
Richard is admitted as an Advocate as well as a Solicitor in England and Hong Kong.
