Diana Wylie

Diana’s practice includes environmental, occupational health and safety, commercial and labour law.

She performs audits of companies in terms of Occupational Health, Safety, Food and Environment legislation for a wide variety of clients. Diana is able to tailor legal registers for clients and is also involved with all forms of commercial drafting and advising.

With her international background and qualifications, Diana is an integral member of our successful legal outsourcing team at Dingley


Career

Diana has worked within the legal system in the UK, Canada and South Africa. Diana completed her articles at Webber Wentzel Bowens (now Webber Wentzel) in Johannesburg and was admitted in 2003. After her admission,

Diana worked in Canada as assistant in-house counsel at LANXESS Inc. and then as a part time lecturer in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Business Law at Lambton College in Sarnia.

Diana completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test and was admitted as a solicitor of the Law Society of England and Wales in 2006.

Upon her return to South Africa and before joining Dingley Attorneys, Diana worked as a project attorney at Lawyers for Human Rights in Stellenbosch. She was involved in litigation in the Boland Magistrate’s Courts, the Labour Court as well as Land Claims Court cases.

Diana is presently studying towards her Masters in Environmental Law.
