He then moved to London and worked as a software developer for several years. His experience included work at a large ISP, a start-up online data storage company, and an online property search website.

On his return to South Africa in 2002, Andrew joined LawSure, a company offering innovative web-based solutions to the legal profession, and at the same time returned to practicing the law.

Andrew later set up practice on his own specializing in ICT law. Prior to joining Dingley Attorneys, he consulted to other law firms. During 2009 and 2010 Andrew assisted Accenture South Africa in a contract management role, and acquired extensive contract management skills that he utilises to assist clients, and which also give him an insight into how best to structure commercial relationships.
